Treintijden kloppen niet.
Van een trein reserverings app zou je op z'n minst verwachten: van welk spoor vertrekt mijn trein, of hoe je dat uitvind. Maar nee.
I tried logging in with my NS account (as suggested in app) to retrieve my tickets, but it does not work. Credentials work fine on computer browser (both on NS and NS International websites).
Making cancellatin or changing a booking hard to find is a cheap old dirty trick to steal customers money
Wow. Ik heb een boeking toegestuurd gekregen, in de mail staat dat ik die in deze app moet hebben zodat ik de tickets heb/krijg? Vervolgens is er in de app geen optie te vinden om een bestaande boeking toe te voegen.
The mobile app and website are an absolute joke. Nothing actually works. I don't even know where to begin. How does something like this even get released???
Verry annoying that this app is not refreshing and i cannot use the travel itinerary details for 2 hours already even restarting the cell and app. I have a samsung galaxy note 20 operating well with other apps.
